Alright so in case anyone isn't aware, in particular Metamask users, there is a way to see unwanted tokens on ftmscan sent to your wallet address.
(Already removed my dusting tokens.)

There you may find a whole bunch of tokens you didn't buy. Maybe you posted your wallet address in public; on a Twitter giveaway, or anything of that sort. There is a reason why you shouldn't do that. Now someone who made some secret token will see that and send that secret token to it. Sometimes these tokens have interesting names. SafeMoonPapillonHodlNoDipFomo etc, etc. But you can't do anything with 'em. They have no tradable value. Yet whoever sent it can now see your address as a holder of it, and this is known as dusting.
Note: if you have 420 CzTears, they are safu.
Dusting generally refers to tracking a wallet address for nefarious reasons. Whatever you do, don't buy any of these tokens. That is, unless you were part of an airdrop without knowing—for instance, it took me 25 days to realize I had a $brush token airdrop sent to my wallet. So it does help to stay active in the Fantom community and have a general idea of what is legit and what isn't.
Let me share a list of dusting tokens I got. Mind you, I been here since the opening of Spirit and SpookySwap. So I have a pretty good sense these tokens are proooobably bogus.

I assume HOLD, THUNDER, and... NBA2K22... are bad actors of some sort. And that's when I had a thought: why not send these shithead-fuck-turd tokens to a burn address?
Now if you wanna burn it right, you gotta summon the "ghostsngoblin" contract on ftmscan. Even though they rugged you'll see it pop up when typing it into the ftmscan search. It should be there. Now you copy the burn address on their contract and use that to send your bogus tokens to.
A sad, miserable, digital hell, indeed.
I did this from MM mobile. Simply max out the amount you have for any given dusting token, and send it to:
0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dead

This also works for scraps of tokens leftover from using a swap. Maybe you made a swap and found 0.00073 of it leftover. I did the same thing for those. Now my wallet address is sparkling clean.
Also. To be clear, you can send these directly from your MM wallet. When you see the unwanted token on your ftmscan address you can locate the address of them and plug it into your MM wallet.
